Saturday Curbside Pickup
May 22 @ 9:30 am - 12:00 pm
We continue to offer curbside pickup and home delivery of library materials for patrons on Saturdays, including pickup of Book Bags for Kids. This is a safe, contactless way to borrow materials from the Library.
Note that the Marine Community Library is open to patrons on Tuesday and Friday evenings from 4:00 to 7:00, and on Saturdays from 9:00 to noon. READ MORE about our limited reopening.
Here is how curbside pickup procedure works:
- Use the Marine Community Library Catalog to search for materials you would like to borrow.
- Submit your request via email anytime to email@example.com OR call the library at 651-433-2820 on Saturday between 9:30 and 10:15AM to talk to a volunteer.
In your request, please include the title and author of each book along with your full name and phone number.
- You should receive a phone call or email from a library volunteer by 10:30 am letting you know the status of your request.
- Pick up materials between 10:30 and 12:00 noon on Saturday (delivery may be available upon request).
Deliveries: If you are not leaving your home and live within 10 miles of the library, a volunteer will deliver your items. When you reserve your item, please note that you are requesting delivery and provide your address with delivery instructions. Deliveries will be made after 12:00 pm on Saturday.
Returning Materials: Return borrowed items to the Library during open hours; to the Washington County Library book drop at the Village Hall; or, if the hall is open, put it through the return slot in the library door. If you are not leaving your home, call the library on Saturday morning to arrange for your item/s to be picked up by a volunteer.
