In 1981, newlyweds Patti Issacs and her Italian husband, Federico Gauss Rescigno, moved to China to work for a year. Patti returned 24 years later, to a much-changed country and culture. Patti recounts their experiences in her new book, The Second Long March. She shared her stories and fascinating visual comparisons of her two experiences.
